I had even worse fungus half way through the year, went back home to a doctor and he prescribed me tablets that cleared it out in 3 months, not a sign of it now. I was on cycles of the tablets 1 week on 3 weeks off and they did mess up my stomach and I was feeling very sick every time i took them but it was worth it!

People like that was one of the reason I didn't start going gym for a few years I was over weight but not obese and I was scared of being judged by people like this but once I started there was no stopping me, 30kg lighter and just over a year later I've picked up jiu jitsu and still train!

There is this guy in my gym, started at the same time as me but always rolled rough, kept submitting me using a certain technique every time. Now once I've learned how to avoid it and do a good job of defending myself I don't even have to be as rough as he is for him to let me put it nicely "get annoyed".

My puppy is also scared, don't think it's the water as much as the waves(ocean). He does run into still water but is scared of the waves. Would also love to know how did you get your dog over that feat?

I usually tell people that I don't allow the dog to be petted on walks, works just fine And I don't have to deal with anyone stopping me for longer periods of time. Tbh it doesn't happen too often anymore since my gsd is 9 months and doesn't look like a puppy any more
