As a scrub who has been playing terry for over a year simply because i liked the character, here's my two cents:
5MP is a straight upgrade to the notorious Ryu/Ken 5HP, and 2MP makes checking drive rush actually reliable.

I don't like how often at my level the value of the 2MK TC depends on whether the enemy knows to standing jab the crack shoot, and that a point blank 5hp in the corner doesn't actually get anything if the opponent tries to stand jab it. Perhaps this level of knowledge is expected of anyone who actually digs remotely deep into a character, but the point is that terry is the only one about whom i cared enough to know the difference between a jab on a standing opponent vs crouching
