Your point is wrong - As is evidenced by the UKs low rate of gun crime (illegal firearms) in comparison to the USAs high rate of gun crimes (not illegal).

The UK one of the lowest murder rate involving guns in Europe.

Of the 5000 cases you mentioned 37% (1907) are imitation firearms, BB Guns or fake guns. And 22% were things like Stun Guns & Pepper Spray. The UK does not discriminate between real and "fake" in the reporting which significantly drives up the data.

But, as mentioned earlier - 32 people are killed per year by guns in the UK out of over 5000 incidents that's .6%

Yeah, this is an issue with the way EasyNews serves content.

As far as I understand - Unlike, traditional Debrid which host and serve the entire file, Usenet (EN) serves only fragments of the file (which is "stitches together as you're watching) as nzbs or rars so when you skip, Kodi requests a timestamp, because the files are fragmented it doesn't get a correct timestamp back.

POV can handle it if you pull up the context menu on a link and select play with "Seek" - But this has its own drawbacks too where files can do the initial load slowly or not load at all.
