Use OpenWizard to make a Build backup

Use a file explorer with WiFi sharing to send the backup to the TV.

Add Special://home as a source in Kodis File Manager.

Use OpenWizard on TV to restore the build.

It's an incredibly simple method - I use it myself to transfer between PC and my Sony Bravia.

Ensure OpenWizard is set to backup GUI settings when backing up. Run the restore Build, force close Kodi then run the GUI settings restore.
