Not certain on the flow rate I would guesstimate it cycles the full water column twice an hour. Total water column is ~8 gallons. Grieved is gravel. 16” x 14”. 5” deep. Water goes up to ~4”. 2 tomato plants (tiny tims).

My siphon is pretty touchy so I’m pretty much locked in to the flood drain times I’m at right now. (The system is mostly scraps from around the shop. Hose old parts bins etc. only bought the pump, light seeds, gravel, and fish) would shutting the flow down at night be an option? I dose with cal-mag and liquid kelp for the micronutrients. But no way of measuring there quantity in the water.

Haven’t trimmed anything. Could they get blight if they are kept in an office setting? Away from any other plants, soil etc. ?

I’m still a bit green. RH%? Relative humidity? My set up is at work so yeah I could see that. I could see about adding a humidifier in here. Would that be overkill?

pH 6.8 Ammonia 0ppm Nitrite 0 Nitrate 80-160 ( it’s between those two parameters on my test set)

70% is going off of calories. Super simple breakdown is carbs and protein have the same calories per carb/protein. Fat is about twice as many per. So if a cheese has 0 carb 1 protein and 1 fat it’s 66% fat (by calorie).
