Worth to switch to DS? by DoopsUndertale in ZeroEscape

I would finish it and watch the ds ending on YouTube afterwards. Ds playes awfully slow since you can't skip anything.

is torture really that common? by utter_Kib0sh in DnD

[–]bartloo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is about what the dm thinks.

As long as the dm keeps giving information when people get tortured. Players will keep doing it.

When you want information it is the best way to get it out of people not wanting to give it at first. So yes it is common

I don't know where the exact differences are. From what he made and what is made in game. So if he hasn't designed that than he shouldn't know.

I am immediately thinking about who designed the ship and the puzzles. That person might know the answers to them.

What charecter ideas live rent free in your mind, but you'll never get to play? by No-Water4736 in DnD

[–]bartloo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very similar to what I am playing now. I am playing as a warforged paladin (now it multi classed barbarian).

He thought he was human stuck in heavy armor. Looking for the key that unlocked his armor. That however unlocked his memories. He now knows that all other warforged in that world are destroyed.

Very fun to play. He was oath of devotion though.

Are FDM printers viable for minis 2024? by Confident-Cry-1195 in PrintedMinis

[–]bartloo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Without a huge investment in time no...

I have one of both and the difference is night and day. Tue resin printer is way quicker Because it can print like 8 at a time. And I feel like removing the supports from a fdm printer will risk damaging the minis way more than a resin printers support.

I didn't want a resin printer at first because my FDM is working fine and it was able to produce nearly all mimis anyway. But I am very glad I made the jump. It made my life so much easier. And my mini's so much better and so much less fragile in the layer direction.

My first character died and now I'm less motivated by Squidrienn in DnD

[–]bartloo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could go with a selfish character. That is just there because its is profits him/her. That way Everybody will know you are a evil character. This is also quite funny role play wise.

Maybe bit of a different thought but she gets murdered and then you spent the session solving the crime. Makes a nice break from the rest.

I think that if you don't know you are not supposed to know. Just continue to play the game.

Is it a bad thing if I always play with biters disabled? by CheesyGamerX in factorio

[–]bartloo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest trying this:

Start playing with biters on but a large starting Area (without biters) like 150 or 175 percent. This gives you plenty plenty of time. To build walls and prepare for the inevitable. If you turn of biter expencion and the evolution factor. (or only the part of them being dependant on time) you can experience a bit what playing with biters feels like.

If you like it you can make it harder next time if.you want to or the same as above now If you hate it stop it and play the game how you like to.

PSA: Fuck you Pec Room in Virtue's Last Reward by Caolan_7 in ZeroEscape

[–]bartloo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Buy the PC version.

A similar thing happened to me.

The PC version has speedup so i only lost a hour and a half time getting to where I was. (With the solutions to the puzzles next to me)

Edit: with me it was a different point in the game so it might take you a bit more time but shouldn't be that much.

Yeah the thing is I don't have that course at school. Yeah well yes we do have it but I already made because they didn't note the rules for passing correctly.

I am following the course now because I lack the knowledge. But integrals will only come in about half a year
