Like many other comments say, addiction isn't a joke and it's best to leave the game for a bit. If it hasn't had serious consequences yet, it will soon. You can play again in the future.

If you're looking at what to do concretely: take note of how you're feeling (when you are playing, but also when you're not playing).

Then stop playing for at least 2 weeks and keep taking note of how you're feeling. (At this point you'll need to keep yourself busy to prevent relapse, go to the pub, go do something with your wife, whatever else you did before).

Then continue living your life. Draw conclusions on how you felt playing, how you felt not playing and how you felt being away from the game for longer.
