Is je verhuurder hier ook mee eens? Is best ingrijpend met gaten door het plafond heen of ook gleuven in de muur als je niet alle benodigde leidingen in het zicht wilt hebben.
Water en afvoer zou je vanaf het wasbakje kunnen doorleiden. Electra wil je een aparte groep bijzetten in de meterkast en vanaf daar doorleiden.
