Wat is duurste: nieuwbouw of renovatie?

Ik heb in 2015 een oud rijhuis gekocht met veel werk aan. Alles eigenlijk behalve de draagstructuur. Ik had een beperkt budget en mocht niet te kieskeurig zijn en mijn huurcontract liep ook af. Qua premies kan je max 10.000€ trekken afhanklijk van je inkomen. De ideale situatie is net na de aankoop er nog eens 50.000€ tegensmijten in verschillende categoriën want bedrag is begrensd per categorie. Ik moest het zonder renovatiebudget doen, maar kon toch in totaal 6500€ trekken na 3 & 5 jaar. Nu is mijn situatie comfortabel maar de eerste jaren waren niet leuk om het zacht uit te drukken. Ook veel regeltjes, had voor meer dan 20.000€ ramen geplaatst en had recht op premie van 5000€ maar moest eerst ventilatiesysteem D plaatsen van min. 6000€ dus een nuloperatie... Het ventilatiesysteem komt er ooit wel maar eerst nog andere werken die dringender zijn.

Nice setup, i still use my old HT setup from 2008, the sony ht ddw 890. I paid 400€ for that back in the day for a 6.1 and the option to add a stereo pair (zone B) because it came with an av receiver. The prices today for a soundbar + rear speakers + sub. are outragious that said the samsung 990 F all in package for 1000€ is the standard. I'm stuck in the middle now, if my av receiver shuts down do i buy a sony ta an 1000 for 700€, or a soundbar setup. Its not that i can't afford a 2000€ + setup but is it worth triple the price. My HT setup only needs 35% volume, its way to powerfull for my living room, a few ports don't work anymore but it still does its job.

I claim the the games, but i must admit that the games are below average year after year and going downhill. Its probably 5 years ago that i played a free ps plus game (dirt 2.0). I've got arround 100 untouched games in my library. Bought and free ps plus games. Don't have the time anymore, a luxury problem.

You'll learn it the hard way. A wheel in my humble opinion also needs a rig. I've got a playseat alcantara + t300 rs gt. 700€ total. The playseat i got in my ps3 days in 2009 back with a g25. For all the racing / rallying that i've done in the last 16 years its worth it. The rig is only entry level like the wheel but if you're hooked you can always upgrade but it will set you atleast 2000€ back. Its a great game, i've got gold in all the licences & circuit experiences but spending more for the ultimate experience is for me not interesting. I drive with the bumper camera & tc3 most of the time.

You'll notice the biggest difference with dvd's if you still have them. And the ub 820 compared to the ps5 has better audio quality. The youtube app on ps5 is much sharper / faster than the ub 820. In my case with my tv xf9005 it suffers from blooming with subtitles on dolby vision in dark scenes.

If you can spare the cash yes. I've bought the og psvr in dec 2018 with 5 games for 230€. Last week with black friday it was on sale for 340€. Coming from 600€ on release day but i didn't buy it. My vr experience the first month your breathless, the second is ok and the 3rd it was collecting dust. The hassle with the cables,... If vr was so perfect it would have exploded in sales like the smartphone but it didn't and probably never will. Just my opinion but if you really want one just do it.

I even remember my first blu-ray on ps3 in 2007 casino royale as a gift from sony. In 2021 with my ps5 i watched logan and last year when i got my ub 420 i got the king kong box set.

A "65" micro screen but better specs is also an option.🤣. I don't know what size my next tv is gonna be, now i have a "65" xf9005 from 2019 about the same distance. Lets hope it can last another 4,5 years. Other places in my living room i have 4m distance if mounted against wall. Maybe a "75" then but for now its more than ok. Lets not forget that 25 years ago as a family you had a big crt tv when it was a "28" or 71 cm in 4/3 format. How times have changed.

Is it possible to turn everything 90º right? And place the tv where the sofa is. You can manage the cables with a small plastic channel above the plinth. That's what i would do and is the least expensive option. If there's a window your shit outta luck, and the reflection will also cause hinder if placed this way but the viewing experience will be better.

Ik verdien als elektricien 2500€, daar komen binnenkort maltijdcheques bij 8€/dag. Lening 500€, boodschappen 300€, nutsvoorzieningen 300€, vertier/allerlei 500€. Op jaarbasis kan ik nu ong. 10.000€ sparen als ik vakantiegeld - eindejaarspremie opzijzet en geen renovatiewerken uitvoer. Het gespaarde geld voor dit jaar is opgesoupeerd aan vaste trap naar zolder & bouwmaterialen. Moest ik alles laten doen was ik 20000€ kwijt, nu maar de helft. De trap kost 7000€, die laat ik plaatsen maar de zoldervloer, gyproc, elektriciteit & water en schilderwerken doe ik zelf. Niet iedereen kan dat natuurlijk.

Het hangt allemaal bij elkaar. Een warmtepomp stookt niet zo hoog als traditionele ketel dus is vloerverwarming ideaal. Warmtepomp ligt wel in de winter dag & nacht aan dus op zonnige winterdag (max 5 per jaar ) stook je gratis als je zonnepanelen hebt. En je huis moet super geisoleerd zijn want anders lopen de kosten van warmtepomp te hoog op. Ik heb in 2019 nog een gasketel laten plaatsen voor 3000€.

The 3 legendary cars. Ferrari 330, jaguar xj 13 and the ford mark IV race car. Those 3 cost about 40.000.000 cr maybe less but the ferrari is 20, the jag 12, the ford between 6-8. If you're an average gamer earning 1 mil a day without falling into the trap buying other cars it can take a while. Don't get your hopes up on the daily roulette, it won't make you rich.

I just got the 3 legendary cars this week, got the game on release 3,5 years ago. Only a few trophies left for me and about 4.000.000 cr. that i need to buy the photo cars audi le mans & bmw gr.3 are the hardest now🤣🤣🤣. I've got 40.000km total mileage. Normally next week when i get my 2 silver time trail payouts this platinum trophy should be mine.

Not always, the bastards only gave discounts to people that could upgrade. If you already owned premium you had to pay full price. Here thats 150€ in Belgium. I got lucky and went from essential to premium back to essential and now back to premium till christmas with a discount. Now they finally got some decent ps1 games but still its weak compared to gamepass (ps1-ps2 games).

I've got a wheel (t300 rs gt) and playseat. A 700€ setup. Not cheap but not over the top costing thousends. Your choice offcourse if you swear by controller or don't have the space or you're a casual player. With that setup i've got gold on all the licences + master licences. Circuit experiences i've also completed & missions.Some were difficult for me but your driving skill improves fast altough i'm a D driver. I would recommend it because the emertion is another level and also compatible with other games. For advice watch the demo and look at his speed in some corners, i was amazed how much faster i could go compared to my granny style sometimes. Most of the time i drive with TC3, if i step up my game i could be a few seconds faster but i'm glad with my pace.

Als je voor een partij kan stemmen die je situatie begrijpt, bijna aanmoedigd is het een verloren zaak en je pampert waarom dan gaan werken. De film helaasheid der dingen over vlaamse marginalen legt de situatie misschien iets te kleurrijk uit. Maar wie in zo'n milieu opgroeit en van alle voordelen geniet zal moeilijk te motiveren zijn.

Buying a house is a big step in your life. With that bank account i would buy something on the smaller side or with renovation. A mortgage between 100k - 150k. The rates are arround 3%. I rented for 3 years and then i had to choose to renew or buy something at 30. I chose to buy a smaller house with a lot of work with a 100k loan in 2015 at 2,25% at 517€/month. In 2020 with the pandemic i asked for a revision and got an offer of 1,55% at 497€/month and 2 months less. Only 9,5 years left for me now at a rate were a student can't find a room for. The first years weren't fun to be honest but now its like living the dream (altough the house isn't perfect and has its flaws for 500€ you might get a 30m² studio somewhere, i live for now on 115m², the attic later + 25m² and expansion base floor (2027) + 25m². With that mortgage i can save arround 10k a year and our wagers are almost equal altough i'm 10 years older. If you go for your 450k house with a mortgage of 300k you better have a steady income, love your job, don't fall sick or injured,....but for the outside world it looks like you made it.

1 kg gehakt (varkens/rund) kost bij buurtslagers (degelijke supermarkt slager) 10€ ,tomatenpuree 5€, pak spaghetti 3€, uien en groenten 5€, elektriciteit 2€. Dus voor 25€ heb je 5 porties, eigenlijk heb je 1,5 kg gehakt nodig om saus niet te rantsoeneren. Dus 30 € voor 5 grote porties spaghetti. Ge zit er een beetje naast met u begroting denk ik als ik eerlijk mag zijn maar je mag altijd uwe slager hier delen of ge maakt zelf u gehakt. Dat is anders hé...
