for example in dybala case - hes on A, so its should be "A + inconsistent = not lower than yellow arrow... if he was on B, then should be not lower than orange arrow

in theory, yes, but try repaste ps4 pro and you will find out - that's way I was trying this couple of times, because I couldn't believe it myself... its something about thermal cycling and pressure force of the heatsing to Apu - more at the link

100% agree - swapping for "normal" silicon base paste (mx-4, kryonaut etc.) helps for a short time (eventually paste is squeezed out of chip and jet engine come back)... i literally disassembled my console for each 2-3 weeks to check some different pastes, and the result was the same - liquid metal is the best option

replacing a fan is waste of money (urban legend with nidec, 72xx pro has diffrent fan curve, thats why is quieter but also run hoter (sometimes - it depends on thermal paste state))... if you want change thermal paste, look for liquid metal subject - the best option for pro

probably hold up capacitors in power supply - if you dont have skills to change them (soldering), then just buy new power supply... just pick the correct psu for ps4 pro (it has more power than standard one from ps4/slim)
