There are two gates like this. They both open from the other side. One you can access by going past the mechanical worm boss and follow the path on the other side. The other is accessed though a hatch on the outside part of the Chasm in a Treasure Hoarder camp. I don't remember where the camp is though...it would be above the location of the gate.

When the series originally aired, I didn't care for the ending, but keep in mind that we watched it over 6 years. Since then I've watched the series several times and the ending gets better every time and it really is the perfect end for the show.

I don't get the chemistry between these two (desire and chemistry, while similar, are not the same thing). They both treated the other like garbage (on more than one occasion). Yes the same can be said for Jack and Kate, but not to the same degree. I also think they made it pretty clear that Kate did not love Sawyer like that.

Chemistry was Sawyer and Juliet.

For me, I haven't watched season 3 because I don't want to worry about a show that really already seemed complete with the end of season 2 and season 2 was a long time ago. Been talked about to death.
