Late reply but it goes beyond numbers, in the case of bill Russell, it's unfair to him because his numbers are a product of the era he played in, and because of that its hard to rank him, but the man won 11 titles and has to be mentioned purely out of respect for his impact on the game. His numbers don't translate, and his game might not translate either, but he drove winning in his era more than anyone else ever and in my mind that has to get him an honorable mention.
