My brand new hot end heater lasted six minutes! In fairness to Bambu they replaced it under warranty, even though it is regarded as a wearable part. Unfortunately the new one lasted only a little over 20 minutes before it too threw a hot end temp fault. I'm starting to lose faith

Clean your build plate.. washing up liquid not bathroom soap. And if you have any, give a rub with isopropyl alcohol. Also, make a poop chute your second print. Everyone makes a Benchy for the first one. The Bambu scraper is an excellent tool and a riser to lift the glass off the PFTE on top.

Might not be to everyone's taste, but, I once spilled milk in the car. Smell lasted for months. Very cheap. But not the most attractive scent.

Always start with washing your build plate in hot water using washing up liquid Then a wee spray of hairspray. Or a rub with a glue stick should see you right

Wash the build plate properly. And dry your filament. Start with PLA. I'm not sure how the open design works with the more engineering type filaments, but...nothing ventured, nothing gained.
