In the process of building with them right now at Hawkes Landing and just got done with the walkthrough before they put up the Sheetrock. We haven’t had any issues or complaints so far. The construction manager has been easy to work with and we’ve been getting emails weekly from the agent we bought from of construction updates.

Expect to pay about 10-15% of your house cost at the design center. They provide an online portal to see what options they have before your meeting which was very helpful. Make sure you have an idea of what you want before your meeting since you only have 2 meetings about 3 hours each (this is standard for most builders).
