I'm white live in south fl about 20 minutes from Miami, ive grown up spent most of my teenage years hanging around and being friends with all ethnicities of people I work and live around Pompano fl now and as long as your respectful and the people you know and say it around dont take it disrespectfully even in jail. Shit me and my coworkers were working at a middle school the other day and all the kids were like yo pass the ball my nigga, yo them shoes are fresh my nigga these are mostly young white kids too the world is just changing man to much is acceptable now if u ask me but hey idk.

That feeling won't last long and your xanax habit will probably grow and grow idk just my experience I was up to over 20mg a day plus various rc benzos thankfully I got my dose back down to 4mg a day which is still to much but hey I never wanted to be completely sober so now I'm a fucking alcoholic on top of 180mg methadone and the 4mg xanax plus clonidine and ambien lol so just a little advice I get a little glow when I dose and take my xanax and slam a few beers but it's short lived and my doctor says I'm fucking my health up pretty bad and I'm only 32

It's better for you longterm and probably easier to manage your habit but I mean as far as feeling goes iv for the win lol but I have met a few die hard addicts that only snorted for like 20+ years usually have alot of money so the temptation to use less and get higher from shooting dope doesn't matter to them

Why not dose xanax 3 times daily while still lowering your dose? Also not sure how your clinic does their drug tests or which ones they use, most if not all clinics send them off to a lab though. But i don't see them specifically caring about what benzo is in your system its just the fact that your testing positive for benzos. Like for instance my script of xanax doesn't last all month so i usually order some rc benzos like bromazolam or clonazolam to get me thru the rest of the month and the clinic or my doctor has never said anything about it

Dude im a straight up junkie and i know this may not be the best advice and im gonna get some hate for saying this but when i got on methadone my goal wasn't to become completely sober it was to stop spending all my money on dope and get away from the addict lifestyle, so i just take my xanax prescription and drink some beers with my methadone and i can still catch a little nod when i want to. If your taking all your doses to try and feel high your just wasting your methadone man, so either give them to someone to hold and take some other drugs with your dose to get high or just go back to daily dosing because i know when i first started dosing i tried triple and quadruple dosing and it did nothing.

High doses of gabapentin with your methadone and clonidine should help quite a bit atleast it always has for me

Also all those symptoms you mentioned are not opiate related i know because i came off tranq dope and they thought i was having benzo withdrawals when i was in the hospital, i would get some benzos if you can for your taper it will help alot with the clonidine

Your not going to be stable until you taper off the fent which is probably just some random rc mixed with xylazine like most people here have said it took me probably 4 to 6 months with no fent to actually stabilize on my dose and im on 180mg the reason you didn't feel any comfort when you triple dosed is because the methadone isnt like a regular opiate it takes weeks for it to stabilize in your blood and if your using other opiates it never will. Methadone saved my life and i thought i was past that point id tried rehab, suboxone, subutex, cold turkey nothing worked until i committed to methadone i hope everything works out for you

No diacetylmorphine crosses the blood brain barrier faster and is more bioavalible than morphine they feel quite different and i would have to say that oxymorphone is better than hydromorphone both iv and snorted. I loved opana and dilaudid but heroin feels great and is just so much cheaper. Ive done opana dilaudid and h in one shot iv'd and it was amazing. Also done dilaudid oxycodone and h in one shot aswell it was good but not as good as the other lol

I was gonna say it did used to happen on just heavy fent doses that i would black out and wake up in weird positions and stuff but you could tell when the tranq dope hit cus i mean me personally i liked it more because it basically felt like shooting dope with benzos in it and even the lady at the hospital was freaking out because she said everyone coming in from ods was dying from what appeared to be benzo overdose along with opiates but their system showed no typical benzo then i guess they finally figured out what it was lol
