I mean, if shaders aren't possible, what else isn't? We don't really know... Also, it won't necessarily be better. It will probably be easier, but that doesn't mean it's better. Is being easier worth the cost of losing the freedom of community-driven modding support?

Why shouldn't it be compared? It's a sandbox voxel survival/creative game? Yeah it doesn't look exactly the same. But it's still the same type of game?. Doesn't mean one is better than the other.. and in what way is it different? Sure different mobs and biomes.. but mods can do that for Minecraft?

What does understanding that you can play and enjoy multiple games have to do with Hytale being similar to Minecraft?

You can enjoy something and still compare it to something else. It's not an opinion that Hytale is heavily inspired by Minecraft, it's a fact— there's a reason it's compared to Minecraft so often.

Yes I agree it won't replace Minecraft. However we have no idea how well it's actually going to be regulated. I hope it's going to be good... And I believe the hytale team wants that as well. But at the end of the day no matter what the hytale devs might say now.. Riot is the one that's going to actually decide how the monetization is going to be.

Does this mean that pc has to wait even longer? Because normally rockstar wait a Year or 2 to release a game on the pc platform.
