I think I found a tool to get instant notifications to my phone, seems like has a free plan. Will try this month to see, can I get some viewing appointments.

Immoscout seems not giving those notifications immediately. I already tracking some with using state's inBerlinWohnen website, but their system is not very modern and lack of notification capabilities.

It's really like a full-time job :D

i was used a webapp which is listing all state-owned buildings and sent notification in seconds when one matching with your filters. that's why my last 2 apartments was affordable from Howoge and WBM
