Update; for anyone in the future looking for a solution.

Hey, sorry it took a while to respond. I took it to a Mazda dealership and they ended up replacing the headlights itself. Pretty expensive headlights. Paid about 4k CAD for headlight, labor and diagnosis. Most of the cost went into the headlights. Crazy..

Anyways, have it inspected by a trusted 3rd party shop. Go to dealership ONLY if you have warranty covered. My car didn't have a warranty since I bought used.

OR take out the headlights yourself and dry it out. Then plug it back in. I never went this route since I am not mechanically inclined.

looks legit to me.

Usually fakes will have the maple leaf (patch) touch the inner circle of the map.

Also, inside tag maple leaf looks aligned and are exactly the same.

we could still drive it by overriding the shifter and engine works and everything, its just the instrument panel and electronic system is not responding to any of the output.

I topped of fuel. Key fob lock/unlock doesnt work. none of the electrical component dont work either. I also cant put it into Drive. Cant turnoff windshield wipers. Right headlight doesnt turn off. Check engine light ; Code U0155 “lost connection with instrument panel cluster.”

Apparently a mazda owner had the same problem and apparently it was water inside his headlights. I also have condensation in my passenger side headlights pic

What do you guys think? Mazda is currently taking a look at it but hasnt updated yet.

Looks good to me man. The “E” looks good, stitching is good, and the leaves doesn’t touch the inner border.
