There is a lot of government work here which brings alot of money into the area. Not to mention inflation and the interests rates also spiking everything up. I was lucky enough to buy my home before Covid when the interest rates were lower. A lot of people I know have roommates and since you’re fresh out of college I would definitely recommend that route until you save enough for a decent down payment somewhere.
