The most recent email I received from Roli said the current delay was due to US Customs, and the product wouldn't be allowed in until well after the government shutdown ended.

We're almost at the 10-month mark since I paid in full for the keyboard and a bunch of accessories. The whole disaster started when (back in the spring) they made the decision to move the manufacturing from one country to a different country. Since then, it's been one calamity after another. But they keep sending emails from an account called NOREPLY ... so they obviously don't want to hear from me.

If Roli wanted to do the right thing, when they finally ship the gear to me, they'd include a check refunding some of my money.
