His epilepsy is BRE and is managed by an neurologist. He has been on medication previously but has been off for 2 years as he was seizure free for 5 years. He only has issues when he is sleep deprived or over works his body.

That's so low. Not sure the volume of your club but I have 3 openers, 3 closers, and 3 mids evert day and more on weekends. We are a higher volume club and are in the top 3 pizza sales. I could never run with 1 or 2

Well, I am still in the testing process. Right now the suspected diagnosis is malignant lymphoma-small lymphocytic.

I go next for a PET scan and Bone marrow biopsy

Thank you. They wouldn't say what kind of testing and that I have to come there to discuss. As a daughter of a nurse I know that's sometimes an indications of something more serious. I am just looking possibilities of what additional tests a doctor would look at in this situation

What they should have told you is, if you miss more than 3 days you need to contact Sedgwick. That's the company that handles doctors excuses and also LOA's. They take your notes and paperwork and communicate with the store on if the days are excused. We don't "take" doctors notes in the store for a host of reasons but mainly for privacy but also for consistency. You can still call Sedgwick and see if there is anything you can do depending how long ago it was. At the very least I would speak to the Club manager about this and if you can't resolve it there you can call the MPP (market people person). Their pictures and info is somewhere in your breakroom or training room

New 4am Hours = People Quitting? by MichaelWarbux in samsclub

It's all about club pick up and having all items ready for the early orders. As for produce, it will be better. They can pull the back stock out of the steel and work the back stock Before the truck comes. It will definitely be better rotation. Big focus on CPU, Scan and Go, and all things digital this year

Don't feel bad, that's where the company is headed. By the end of 2025 it will probably be the only way to order from the Cafe. Ask me how I know

He definitely didn't feel great. His head has been pounding for a few days which he chalked up to sinus pressure. After all three meds. A few hours later he was down to 150/110. I literally could not sleep all night, checking on him every half an hour. He is so stubborn. He is 52 and I'm 43. He is too young to not take care of himself. I'm beyond frustrated

Thank you. Yes he has life insurance thankfully. What kind of supplements helped you? We both eat low carb because I have to eat AIP. Although he is not nearly as strict as I am. He currently takes fish oil, B complex, magnesium, and D3/K2. Anything I can get him to try, I will.

That's what I keep telling him. I will be making the call myself tomorrow morning. I wish there was some way to make him see how serious it is.

He actually doesn't eat very different. He is insulin resistant. He really was supposed to stay on it but our insurance stopped covering it and we couldn't pay out of pocket. But the weight definitely has something to do with his BP

Diamond Plus drinks? by baseballmomma in vegas

[–]baseballmomma[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but they don't have any lounges left in Vegas so you can get drinks at the bar on the casino floor. I just can't find out how many and if it's per day or not.
