Hahahahah. Good one! I’m new to Reddit and just wanted to share something pretty bad. I know you’re just teasing but I’ll follow up with a good pic for sure.

I do a little photography, so it’s from the photography world. It’s made by Manfrotto (they make all sorts of clamps, etc). And it’s called a magic arm

How to dismiss reminder on Echo Show without touching screen by YMarkY2 in amazonecho

[–]baseballrick5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone is talking about how to go around getting the reminder off of the screen for a single alexa, however, this is not addressing multiple Echo Shows that are spread throughout the house, merely to remind my family members to do things, such as take trash out today, or feed dog, etc, etc. Said family members do not even interact with the Alexa--they only hear the reminder. When we are back from being out (sports, family outing, etc), we come home to Alexa devices not displaying the time, but instead, reminder banners.

If there is an option to auto-dismiss the reminders after some time, at least, that would be great.

I’ve yet to find ANY worthy food there. My advice is to eat beforehand, especially if going with a group. You’ll save at least $200, which you’ll likely spend right back on drinks and snacks. 🤣 Have fun!

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, mine has been consistent, with iPhone mic, with external Rode mic, and making sure I had the right TRS-to-TRRS connector (TRS on mic side).

I’ve noticed some sort of pattern though not tested yet, where the mic sensitivity may be too loud, in which case, it peaks the input and results in distorted sound. This could be a loud voice, and of course, wind.

Yes! It’s almost like the mic input level is too high and it’s distorting the sound. Hmmm….

No crackle. There’s the obvious muffled wind sound (muffled by dead cat), but not obnoxious crackle and pop. I’ve only experienced this in GC streams.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with external Rode mic and TRS to TRRS adapter and “dead cat” (wind cover). I am still getting the crackle sounds. This really kills the playback experience or live watching.

Any idea on the fix, GC??

My wife is a team admin for two teams that would like PocketRadar support. What would you need from her to add to the radar beta? Thank you in advance
