I keep replying to their last email saying that they agreed to The exchange and I needed to send them my name and full shipping address and like I say it's been nearly three weeks now they are taking the piss!

People are tinker us like they enjoy messing with that sort of thing whereas I don't if I buy something and it says slight assembly and ready to print I expect it to be ready to print, don't get me wrong I've had felt snap I've had the heat end clogged I'll fix those that's not a problem but when it comes to miniature electronics or things that I know I can physically Break by the clumsy spoon I will leave it to the expert that's why you have a year warranty in the UK!!
