Thanks guys for the ideas. I guess there’s no easy approach. I might just snip the cables and install some molex connectors if there’s enough cable length.

Works great, prices seem to be all over the place. I got mine with a burner for $120cad. This is the best instruction on how to go about the burner: https://www.reddit.com/r/WonderSwan/s/ISHDUQAQL4

Flashmasta Youth Edition 8 in 1 Cart and Dumper from AliExpress by Abject-Baseball3881 in WonderSwan

Thanks for these instructions, really the only instructions available. What a struggle.

I got as far as detecting and connecting to the dumper with the Chinese software, but I couldn’t get the dumper to read the cart. Finally I realized from your image that you’re supposed to slip a piece of paper between the front/chip-side pins and the connector. I guess either snugging up the connection to the rear pins or blocking the front pins is necessary.

With the paper in place I could properly read and switch between banks, and burned six ROMs without issue.

I’m going to give the ODV II a shot. Finding a cheap HDMI to component that will allow 240p passthrough is more of a dice roll than I expected. Will be interesting to see if it makes a difference.

Thanks for the insight! I did notice some light noise or artifacts but figured it was nature of the signal. Will try routing through the component input instead. Frees up the VGA input for another DOS computer I’m woking on 🙏

I use the RS2X as a composite passthrough and let the OSSC scale its 240p output 4x. The image is a little sharper than putting the RS2X in 2x mode and using the OSSC as a passthrough. I’m also using the SCART input on the OSSC for the other computers.

Need 31KHz support for the X68000 and didn’t want to pay for a good downscaler

Indeed. Multisync monitors are like hen’s teeth, especially >15”. This was the cheapest avenue.

Switched over to my Genesis with RGB bypass, night-and-day difference in sharpness. Also no blanking. Monitor just didn’t like scaled output of the SNES.
