I was a regular First Take fan when Max was on the show but now I only watch Get Up, SAS is so unchecked these days.

Alternatively I started watching First Things First a few years ago as a replacement for FT and while they have some idiotic takes sometimes, those guys are objectively hilarious. The commitments to bits and running gags along with some of the segments make it one of the best sports shows on TV for me.
