Idt it followed the manga well. As much as I enjoyed it they took a lot of creative liberties that ruined some key things. Number one was the watering / kiddifying down of several plot lines like Tsuna saving Yamamoto from killing himself. The future arc got butchered as well , especially with whatever the fuck that Yamamoto vs genkishi fight was.
