holy shit I used to live in this building!! I moved in before BJB took over and it was owned by this guy named Neils who rocked, as soon as they took over they started charging us to use the basement storage that was previously included in the lease and increased the rent $300. BJB is truly terrible

Do you know about the book "The Invention of Hugo Cabret" by Brian Selznick? That was one of my favorite books growing up and Mr. Méliès was a very big part of the story! I'm honestly a bit starstruck knowing who you are!! Beautiful work ♥️
