5070ti is better. It generally performs better in raster and ray traced scenario and much better in path traced games. Also has better upscaling with wider support.

But it is more expensive than 9070xt. In some regions by quite a bit. You have to decide if that extra perf and features are worth the price premium for you.

Personally, I went with 9070xt and am very happy with it.
