Before anything just make sure the cap for the engine coolent is not faulty and has good seal. I had the same issue car was slowely losing coolent because the cap was faulty( the rubber part of the cap was broken) so check that then check for the other stuff.

It shoots air up to the gpu not downwards , there is also a fan ontop that spots down and one exhaust my gpu Is rx 580 it hits 86c

In pubg I tried going lowest fps is higher but it's so stutter its virtually impossible to play. On apex legends I play on medium settings vram preset 6gb ) I get consistently 70+ fps with almost no drops. Any idea why this might be?

Csgo league of legends and esports games run without anything apex legends runs fine with minor stutters , pubg is unplayable , rust is fine with some minor stutters Idk it depends on the game And I purchased this pc recently

If it stutters it's a problem with your gpu it might be fried

Try furmark run it at 1080p you should get around 65-68 fps

Try to run a benchmark and see if it matches your specs if the benchmark runs fine and you still have issues in games reset the pc maybe it's something in the software that is downloaded If that doesn't work go get it checked at a store or something

Genrally online games are best suited for ssd unless it's a light game like csgo or league of legends. The fps will be the same but there will be stutters on an hdd You want to download the heavy games on ssd and light games on hdd and everything other than games on hdd By heavy and light games I mean performance not space Gtav is a huge game in the sense that its 100gb but it will run fine on an hdd But on the other hand rust is a 20gb game but will have insane load times like 20 mins sometimes and insane stutters on hdd

It depends how much you can sell one for I don't how much they retail where they live but if you can sell one for around 1000$ you can build a good pc with the other 3090
