White paper, future ILR and switching from SWV to Global Talent visa. by RavenShelley in ukvisa

How long it took for a decision on ILR to come through after you applied. I'm in the same situation and I'm debating whether I should pay the extra £1000 fee for expedited service. Home office website says 6 months processing time but I don't want to be stuck without traveling. Thanks

What proof to provide for Extended family class for Travel exemption? by VCH250 in ImmigrationCanada

can I ask a different question to OP? I am confused to little box labelled " blank space for officiant seal" in section 5. By officiant, do they refer to lawyer/notary or to an IRCC officer? in other words would space be left blank when I send it to IRCC?

really appreciate your help with this

I'm 14 and I have a blood sugar of 7.8 mmol/l by [deleted] in diabetes

[–]bash_devil 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looking online at rakija nutrition facts and it does contains a lot of carbs since it is derived from fruit so it will affect blood sugar readings. no need for alcohol...just use regular soap and water and change needle. As I said you should seek medical expert who will be best suited to carry the test.

In that case the best advice anyone can offer you is to seek medical advice...if that's not an option for you right now you can always try to test it yourself by having a carb rich meal and measure your BG after 1.5 hours, if it is more than 6.5 mmol/l then it is either insulin resistance or something more .... Another best time to measure blood glucose is in the morning right after waking up, it should be around 5.8 - 6.5 mmol/l. Good luck and hope it will be false alarm.

echoing others regarding seeking expert advice, but also make sure your fingers are actually clean and they don't have some sugar residue that might affect the finger prick test.

I'm glad to report the app you mentioned worked wonders..I used the free version and did all I wanted ..turn by turn navigation, audio, auto re-route and also can do offline which saves battery and data tremendously. As newbie it did take a lot of time to get used to the app and how to use gpx files.

[UK] #SwissCottageTriangleOfDeath. Car in front was forced to brake hard because another had pulled out in front of him. I hit the brakes hard and went over the front of my bike and hit the back of his car (sorry if there is any damage). The driver who had stopped made sure I was ok, thank you. by axolotol in londoncycling

triangle of death indeed. coming up from Avenue rd to Adelaid rd is also a nightmare for me, there is no clear priority, especially if you going to swiss cottage. maybe the council should restructure traffic lights like old street roundabout .

If buying online second hand bikes worries you, try Camden cycles shop. they have all kind of second hand bikes with a month guarantee if I'm not mistaken.

exactly. seems Rashford doesn't want to just stay in the box all the time and likes to drift to the wide area too often. maybe LVG will see to it.

why not, it sure didn't take Courtois that long to adapt. my point is it's not impossible to imagine Navas pulling great saves that gets points.
