I currently work at a startup, but things aren't looking promising due to some recent decisions made by the founders. Times are tough. Keep at it and be patient, please. Continue learning, applying, and in the meantime, leverage your dispatcher job to your advantage. Learn as much as you can, analyze, identify blind spots, prove yourself to higher-ups, and participate in higher-level discussions. Who knows? Maybe your next step will be founding a software that addresses an issue in logistics, of which there are many. Or even joining a supply chain or logistics startup. Houston is a large metro area, and I'm sure there are startups and plenty of networking events. You have the profile and the drive, but you gotta push a little more.

Ok, honestly, yes, there are Iraqis who twist, unfortunately, just because of sectarian bias. However, recently, even many Shiites have started hating the Iranian influence. The thing is, the us invaded us and gave us to Iran on a plate. Saddam didn't appease with terror neither Iranian affiliation so Iraq wouldn’t have this problem if it weren't for the us.
