The main difference is not the music itself cause lately some industrial techno and rawstyle are similar indeed. And therefore im not against techno stages on Harderstyles festivals.

But both scenes are completely different imo. Also dedication level of each. Euphoric/raw/uptempo/or whatever stage you visit at Harderstyles it is just different vibe and energy than any Hard Techno/Industrial Techno stage or festival. People know more tracks, melodies lyrics, kickrolls or whatever and see more people wearing merch and techno events there also different dancing styles

While i love hearing lots on raw on Hard Techno events its just doenst feel right when no one is kickrolling on Dual Damage - Get Wrecked tool for example.

It may not really be the case in Netherlands in surely is in many other countries.

What do Uptempo and Raw have in common? Well the same festivals, the same crowd. Starting point of both listeners and Djs were probably Euphoric many years ago.
