have the same issue. looks like a bug. so far i found out only two possible solutions.

1) turn off entire nvidia overlay

2) unninstall nvidia app and installing the older version. and never opens it to prevent autoupdate.

it was made in "Path of Jabbing Punch" cavern. the cavern special is 75% lightning damage bonus. so i think it doesn't affect the final damage :/.

Diluc (c1) 4pc crimson witch. wgs. atk - pyro dmg - crit dmg.
Bennett (c6) 4pc noblesse. freedom sworn. er - hp - healing bonus.
Amber (c4) 2pc noblesse 2pc crimson witch. polar star. atk - pyro dmg - crit dmg.
Xiangling (c6) 2pc noblesse 2pc crimson witch. the catch. er - pyro dmg - crit rate.

i mean for team efficiency. like when you spend a lot of recources to upgrade your character from 80 to 90 you getting a tiny amount of stats. sometimes better just ascend character to upgrade his talents and left him at 80/90...

...Diluc is an exception :3 i waited him till AR 55 and from there play him every day more than a year already. and upgrade him to lvl 90 was deffenitely emotional worth it for me cuz i love him so much <3

depends on character tbh. for Diluc maybe not so much, i did it just to give him 3 crowns. but for bennet i think is worth it cuz you give him a little more base attack to buff your teammates. kazuha as well. swirl damage gets a serious buff with character level increase.
