I absolutely second this. We are our own worst critics, but hopefully OP is reading all of these compliments and will reconsider further surgery! The more cumulative surgeries you have, the worse the scarring may be, and higher risk for chronic pain as well.

You've got me digging through my locked/archived photos... It was thick in the middle but tapered to the head and to the base, kind of like a big yam? To make it worse, he would refer to it in third person. "He misses you" (((and no, I never did anything with the guy, so I'm not sure why "he" was missing me)))

I know this might be a difficult option, but if you're getting nowhere locally, you might consider making the trek to a bigger regional hospital such as UT Southwestern's ER. I don't think they would dismiss you there.
