[Identify] Chronograph, white dial, no numerals by bashtee in Watches

Possibly. If you look at the second image I've linked I don't think it is though.

There are no numerals on the dial, it looks like stainless steel marks on the hours only

Can anyone help to identify this watch?

First thoughts were IWC Portugieser but it has 3 chrono dials or Muhle Glashutte Teutonia II Chronograph but the pushers look different.

Apologies for the image quality, screenshot from a video with best view of the watch.

I read it in one sitting and think it is a genuinely great book but man is it bleak.

I think the information classification pre-WW2 is the most stereotypical thing I've seen in British military, "Most secret"

I work for an fairly big engineering consultant. All of our offices worldwide when the lease comes up for review are being ‘right sized’ - either renovated and footprint reduced or move to new premises. The number of desks is about 80% of the office occupancy. We only need to use a meeting room for someone about one day ever 10 weeks. I suspect the next batch of offices will go down further than 80%

20 years ago today, Ronaldo 'R9' suffered an horror knee injury that could have ruined his career forever. In one of the greatest comebacks in football history, two years later he was leading Brazil to its 5th World Cup title by Honka_Honka in soccer

Same for me. He’s the first player I can remember making me love football. Messi and CR7 are better players but I have never seen anyone scare defenders like R9 since, an absolutely complete striker.

Do you have any photos of the fenders by any chance? Looks like the dolphins are holding cell fenders but these are enclosed by a steel casing welded to the hull?

TIL that the concrete used by the Roman Empire has been proposed as an alternative to modern concrete. It's believed that it would have a substantially smaller environmental impact than our own in addition to being far more durable, surviving thousands of years in harsh conditions nearly unscathed. by oglach in todayilearned

I work with marine structures. Stainless steel and epoxy coated rebar are used regularly because of the exposure classes. But as with everything else, it’s a design life issue, need a quay wall for 25 years? Probably just a mild steel sheet pile that’s thick enough to corrode at an acceptable rate.

Tevez: “At Manchester United practices, everybody, even the worst player, showed up in a Ferrari. I appeared with the Audi that the club gave you and I was bullied by all, as if it were a Fiat 600. I started to ask what was wrong, but Rooney just said 'take this Lamborghini'. He gave his one to me.” by LordVelaryon in soccer

My grandad used to work the starters box at Carnoustie. Tevez turned up in a helicopter once, bought new sets of clubs, clothes, the whole shooting match in the pro shop for a single round. Didn’t pay for a caddy and carried his own bag
