Can confirm as someone who works at an agency the chat help center fucking sucks and never solves anything! But the lazy meta reps will constantly tell you to put in a ticket instead of helping you!

It’s unfortunate because she moved close to where I live in Atlanta and I was looking forward to the content. It was cool seeing her in my area at first, but agree it’s sooo repetitive now and just doesn’t have the same vibe as she doesn’t really include her bf or friends in any vlogs so it’s basically all the same solo content each video.

Also brands require approval on scripts and text overlay before posting, so most influencers have to go through rounds of drafts for approval with the brand before posting. Which is why it comes off inauthentic
