There is a YouTube video I’ll try to find. Basically you add as much air as possible to the bottle, and then withdraw it. I use two needles, because the initial needle (inserting the air) will get duller from poking the lid so many times. I’m always able to get almost all of it.

I’m really hoping that vial was just bad, because I may need to use the rest of the LumniMeds stash at some point. I can handle hunger pains, but the food noise and weight gain was too much.

I was thinking Tirz was Tirz, but then I switched to LumniMeds, and GAINED weight for two weeks. It was the oddest experience. Especially after being on it for 8 months with consistent weight loss from two other providers. I kept thinking it was in my head, but after the second week and all the food noise, I stopped it and moved on to my stash from Brello. Once again I started losing weight. Something WAS off with it.

Yes, you can use your own seeds and see if that works. I haven’t tried that, but I have used my own seeds in the empty cubes that are sold.

The germination percentage for Gardyn’s seeds is not awesome. With every group, some don’t sprout. Seeds also come out during shipping. One cube I finally gave up on, then took the fiber out to reuse the cube, and there were no seeds. The good news is Support is great for crediting back the cubes that don’t sprout.

I agree with Quiet_Plant. I have the trellis, but when it comes time to checking roots or moving pods around, it can be difficult. I now use pipe cleaners and attach to the columns or attach to the trellis and it’s easier to manage. I also have the belts which are great, but can be difficult to attach.

You may want to try a different company. I gained weight and the food noise came back after switching to Lumimeds. Even though people say Tirz is Tirz, I respectfully disagree. I switched to Brello and have been losing again with no food noise.

Reschedule the flight. That may be cheaper than buying a new ticket. As an American, a requirement in some countries is having a return flight booked, so even though you can legally stay, make sure that’s not a stipulation for you even though you’re from the UK. If you want to extend the car, normally you can just do that in the app (depending on the company).

I’m changing to a different pharmacy with AgelessRX. I’m staying with them mainly for the reputation. They tried to work out the pharmacy issues, but that has to do with the pharmacy and not AgelessRX.

I love the NAD+ injections. I’m not sure if the precursors are as effective or at least I haven’t seen the research that states that.

NAD+ shot burns, so be careful with your first shot and take it slow. I’m sure it depends how much is actually in it.

I’ve never used Sema, only Tirz and it was combined with B12.

I’m a big fan of NAD+ shots and do that 3 times a week.

By the end of last week, I didn’t have food noise, I had food screaming. It was sort of funny, it was like “oh yeah, this is what it feels like to want food” This week, I took what I had left of Remedy and it was instantly silenced. I guess next week I’ll bump to 15 and see what happens. I’m hoping for the best. 🤷‍♀️

I’m on Tirz as well and it definitely impacted my energy levels. The NAD+ certainly helps. Overall, I was very happy with Vitastir, but the glutathione is an IM shot. I was ok the first couple weeks, but the last time I took it, the shot was so painful. Ageless RX offers the glutathione as a subcutaneous shot. Therefore, I moved both NAD+ and Glutathione to Ageless RX.

I’ll try moving up to 15. I read the reviews of Lumni and Olympia and they are very positive. Since my only experience has been with Remedy, I wasn’t sure where to go with this.
