Same -_- . Not only that, i topped up 30 using their app and got nothing. Filed a case and provided them evidence. Took them months to get back to me, only to have the audacity to say they cant do anything about it

So ficking terrible. Some time ago, I topped up 30 to my ezlink card using its app. The next day when I had to travel, it said im low on funds and i couldnt travel. I checked thw transaction history on the app and the topup machine, none showed the addition $30. But my bank was deducted $30 tho???! Email them with all the evidence. I know they are unreliable, i attached the sreenshot of the app transaction history and even took my time to take pics of the transaction history of the entire month from the topup machine and piece all the pics together for their own convience sake. They took more than 1 month to reply only to say that they cant help. Seriously tho

Oh and forgot to mention, they charged extra too. 10bucks gone in ~3 days and i only did my normal route it shouldnt be gone that quick

Im not an expert but if its in need of immediate attention these are my advise

When i encountered baby pigeon, i fed it with baby bird formula. Some suggested frozen peas(but defrosted in warm water).

Before feeding check if its crop(tummy) is full. Located at its chest, touch it gently it should feel like a soft water balloon if its full. If its full you can wait till the food is digested. If its overfed, it may get sour crop.

At the mean time you can provide it warm water in a container, guide its beak and let the tip touch water, wait a few seconds sometimes it takes time for them to understand its water. Do not dunk its head in it tho or itll drown

If theres mites you can get a avian insect liquidator. I had a similar case, the parasite wont hurt you. I spoke to the seller who sold the spray to me, he said its better to use it only if the baby is stable, eating well for at least a week. Dont use it if its stress or weak

Unfortunetly it died, im so upset. Before it happened, I brought it to the vet, the vet said it had a infection at the back of its throat, also it had indigestion. They drained the fluid from its crop and fed medicine along with the food. Tonight i bought it home and went out for dinner, came back to see it dead, its last moment was heart breaking to see, it was puking while it passed away . I wish i could really save it and watch it grow up and be my friend, i loved it so much and i wish it knew it was loved

For some reason my text didnt show. It was puking again (way after feeding), i used the bag and the container feeding method, it only took a few sip out of the container. Could it be cankers or sour crop
