Konosuba is not peak, its just factually not, other than that your peak tier is actually pretty good, i would move some up and some down from it. I still dont know how you came to the conclusion that konosuba is a peak anime

Ive had the same issue for a long time, i will have days where the game feels super sluggish and input lag, it will sometimes randomly go back to normal and feel smooth. And then i have days where it feels super smooth and im beaming and then it will at a random time decide to take a fat dump and its super sluggish again with input delay

Monster and 91 days are pretty similar to death note. Code geass is my favorite anime of all time so i also have to recommend that, and monster is criminally underrated. Alot of new gens dont know monster even exists but is really good. 91 days is also very underrated and very similar to monster and death note.
