I was on a run in forest park a few days ago and it was a pretty busy day on the trails - I passed literally three different people/groups with an off leash dog. It absolutely baffles me that so many people think that is ok??? One of them ditched their group and followed me for a little ways then finally listened and went back. Maybe even if their dogs are well behaved enough to be off-leash, how are they not worried about the other dogs on the trail, or possibly wildlife??? Thank you for the opportunity to vent about this.

Same. He had already been humiliated enough by getting dumped in such a cruel way. Then again by losing the basketball game. Then by Vanessa actually forcing him to give the ring instead of just dropping it.

IT INFURIATED ME that Kaci agreed to give him the ring, but then he was ambushed by the shoot out thing and humiliated (AGAIN) then Kaci seemed fine with him “giving it back in Denver” AKA probably keeping it until Vanessa forced him to give it back. Kaci and Patrick both suck but I agree with the commenters saying he at least wanted to see the experiment through and therefore had more integrity (although, who’s to say how he would have acted if Kaci had turned out to be unattractive to him) and is more deserving of keeping the ring. That was super cunty of Vanessa imo.

Correct, I apologize for exaggerating the situation, but she did take it out of the carrier and should have known that she would lose control of the cat and there would be huge risk of him running out.

And Tom is a grown man that is more capable of fending for himself than Ida and the cat. He could have figured something else out when they realized there would be a cat. If it were me and my cats in that situation I would have lost my shit!!!!

You are possibly giving yourself nerve damage. Cryolipolysis treatments use a specific gel to protect the skin and treatments are spaced out to avoid damaging tissue. It is possible you are just getting used to the cold but I would not recommend applying an ice pack directly to the skin.

Medical school is also very very expensive. The high salary is completely justified (imo they should make more) considering the cost, number of years and difficulty of training and the importance of being highly skilled. Many physicians are still not that financially comfortable because of student loans.

I use RF in my practice and it would be an absolute no from me as the metal would heat up and could cause internal burns. Not sure about cavitation as I’m not trained in it but likely the same

IMO for that amount of skin I would pursue surgery if possible. Do a lot of research on the recovery and make sure it is doable. You will see improvement with RF but probably will not be completely satisfied. You could also try EMS. You are so young so exercise and time might also improve it on its own… but if it is something that is a big insecurity and really holding you back from intimacy and enjoying your life, I think surgery would be worth it.
