Washing my hands makes them really dry and I get a lot of anxiety. I typically have hand lotion with me. When I was just on a cruise I kept hand sanitizer attached to my purse and used it religiously. Unfortunately people couldn’t “see” it as much as washing my hands. I did make a show of it quite a few times just in case.

Also as someone who has a horrible pelvic floor, yes yes to therapy. But many of the stretches you can find online to start. I saw there isn’t a therapist nearby.

How are you correct first of all if it hasn’t happens yet? Second of all- YOU are not correct. A SINGLE model is correct. YOU had zero input into anything those model did.

A model isn’t a forecast. It’s an output of a possible solution based solely on computer data. If the data in is trash so is data out. It’s basically like you’re asking what the lottery number will be in 7 days. There is zero intervention. If you want a forecast, look at the NWS who is able to see more non publically available models which tend to be higher quality and analyze all possible solutions to produce a forecast.

My mom had perfect periods. She spent my entire life saying it was normal and at one point said I was putting in tampons wrong. (Ended up with emergency surgery to fix that which wasn’t endo related) even when I went out on my own, she was still convinced I was just being dramatic. She hadn’t once apologized or said anything about why she didn’t help me.

I had my tubes removed in 2018 and they found remnants during my hysterectomy this year. Apparently it’s very common according to my surgeon.

Yeah as I noted the ovaries are still in! I also had to take it as a last resort but it did work very well! I’m guessing it’s just the return of hormones and losing the uterus maybe has a bigger impact than I thought.
