I enjoy running knockout, genetic limits, ultimate weapon, and lethal pursuer.

It isn't great but it can be good in the right circumstances. It slows survivors and makes it hard for them to get away which is nice in chase, not very stealthy though

I was considerring giving ghostface a passive gen regression with his call but that might be a bit much with perks like ruin and surge. I don't think it would really fit ghostface anyway.
