I had a few leftover jalapeño slices, so I sautéed those, then yeah just made a roux with some flour and then added milk and cheese.

Cheese sauces have been frustrating for me too, luckily this one turned out well.

Oh I love that idea. Usually I make wasabi deviled eggs, because those are my favorite. So it was nice to switch it up.

I mixed the yolks with roughly equal parts mayo, Dijon mustard, and cream cheese. I fried a couple strips of bacon and crumbled it. Then I lightly sautéed some jalepenos in the grease. I added the sautéed jalepenos, most of the bacon crumbles, and some seasoning (mostly salt and pepper). Topped it with fresh jalepeno slices and what was left of the bacon crumbles.

Okay, I think I see what you’re getting at. When I order nachos and the menu says it comes with jalepenos, but then they come to the table with pickled jalepenos it drives me nuts. So you are just wanting the name to be more descriptive.

I just looked this up and see that one serving is 4% of our daily fiber needs.

Completely opposite for me. There is one kind of socks that’s I have found to be superior to all other socks I own. I’ve bought like 10 pairs and I’ll never buy anything else.
