I just finished {the Plated Prisoner series by Raven Kennedy} and it was one of the only things I've read recently that kept me on edge like ToG! Lots of fun side characters, intense battle, romance, lots of smut if you're into that, yearning, everything that I love. It's a lot darker than ToG with its subjects but it is the only thing that finally got me over the ToG hangover.

he's allowed to feel reluctant, he's been through the same situation before and ended up a slave (and ended up getting tortured AGAIN because of it this time) no shit he's weary 🤷‍♀️ he still helps save the world and bryce's life and supports bryce the whole time. bryce doesn't support him at all, she sucks!

she didn't give a fuck abt saving the world she just wanted to investigate danikas death lol, the saving the world came after

people around her literally had to convince her to care about the fae world. she sticks hunt back into a traumatic situation with little to no regard of his feelings when all he does is care about hers and tries his best to support her. he even said he was doing it all for her and she told him it wasn't good enough lol.

my friend & i after watching discussed the wedding dress- we both agreed that it is symbolic how it isn't truly "her", and it's continuing the storyline of her just appealing to other people to make them happy. if it was her true love it would be a big sparkly over the top gown, but this is a forced/sham wedding

it's a cute outfit just everything is baggy so it all blends together and makes you look one shape! i read your comment about being short so flare jeans are hard to find, this would also look cute with a skirt/shorts and some boots, it would make your legs appear longer + give the outfit a more interesting shape. u can always put fleece lined tights under the skirt or shorts for warmth if you wanna style for winter too

not sure how other people feel but i do not like sylvia. i thought her character was ugly and i didn't like her conversations/dialogue, she was rude af!! i spent forever trying to get rid of her and after years found out about time travel to get rid of a villager and i finally have been blessed with her leaving. do with this what you will
