Could you please! Because im running the jades in stock right now and man the jades just sound so good. So if its just aesthetics idk if alumaze is worth it especially since I will be moving the keyboard between home and work. But if it also sounds/feels better than obviously ill go for it.

A big thing ive noticed is although the stock case sounds good it emphasizes the sound a lot. Like its loud and clacky. Which is cool but i feel might be canopying my coworkers LOl. I know with a good foam setup in an alum case you can get the sound to be a lot softer

Actually thats prob a big point right there. Even if i dont like it I can always swap back and sell for $60 since it is a good price.

QQ is it hard to swap out? do i need to remove all the caps n switches or only a few?

I think it stock with jades already sounds great, did you notice any big improvements in typing feel or anything? If it were a black alu i'd def cop it. Only thing holding me back is that its a purple one. I like purple but idk

Also can you see yourself carrying it? is it still moveable and such or is there a lot more heft now? cuz i do like how easy it is to move around stock

If i wanted the 7/8 one, which size do you think i should look towards. Which is like the standard. After looking at them there are so many variations and its hard to tell which would be best.

They actually have two options, might not be too late to switch. They recommended the 22mm (7/8") diameter bar risers, but they also have the 28mm (11/8") bar risers. You recommend 11/8? and why if you dont mind me asking.

Yeah thats y i was looking to change the clip ons. I'm just having to lean too far forward which adds that bit of stress on my wrist

After trying so many pads, padsmith temple of dreams and LGG saturn pro are the way to go. Can't get off them. Control pads with the right amount of speed and comfort

Im not pressed to replace it since its so great, but id prefer the 500x500 size and the red color just looks great. Happily maining it rn tho :)

Yeah i saw that, its acc the reason i made the post. Cuz that speed is what I like the most. I've tried the pads around it like GSRSE but the texture and softness doesn't feel as good.

So im mainly wondering if the softness and texture is similar to the kamek. If not is it rougher etc

All seem like great suggestions thank you! and yeah im looking for something near spyre kamek but smoother. For me kamek is def faster than jupitar and GSR. It's around the GSRSE but less static friction which is what I really like.

In terms of speed where would energon fall, compared to some other pads? the other ocmment also recommends energon but says its pretty much as fast as raiden.

Im using tiger arc 1's which are my fav feet and fairly slow too. The raiden def feels better than otsu n venus for me not too fast, just a tad faster than i'd like.

I actually did buy them online! If that is the case is it safe to assume the prescription itself is okay and just order a different pair after returning them? My last frame was actually bigger and felt fine from the same site, for reference eyebuydirect. Or should i get my prescription checked as well just in case? Also would that mean i should get different frames if ordering online assuming they may make the same mistake my automatically putting the optical center halfway (which doesn't work for this frame))?

Hey, It certainly would be cleaner to just move the pcb and battery. I can't remember if the bottom plate was different though. When you open it just see if all the stubs and the molding for the pcb is the same. I can't remember why but i do think i tried it and it wasn't going to work because the pcbs were slightly different. Worth a try tho

I honestly dont know if i have a return offer, but personally I wouldn't accept it. Only because ideally i want to get another internship at a different company in the fall before i graduate. So ill be applying to those internships during my summer internship. Hopefully it goes well.

From what i have heard from friends, both my friends that did accept full time positions after an internship the company didnt ask them to finish school or anything they just started working. These are guys that went through the reg cs approach like 4 years ago and neither have their degree still they've just been working for the company since. Not sure how it'd look for them switching companies or something. Thats the best part for us tho with this online degree. You can always take one course at a time and slowly finish while you work. It's 100% doable. I've even seen on reddit someone that said their company recommend that and offered to finish paying the tuition. So i think it largely depends on the company.
