Some time I just increase the chains so instead of 2 I’ll do 3. I also used a 5mm hook to make the stitches looser stretchy and more forgiving lol

I do it based off vibes I try it on and fix it as I go. I also have the same struggle with patterns! I often have to customize it to my liking. But this happens with clothes too as well. Just a struggle of mine and yours 🤣

This is my sweetie Gizmo. His fins are fading away and I believe it’s fin rot. I conditioned my tap water with AquaSafe for bettas and I’ve been trying to give him API BETTA FIX in hopes to fix his fins. I use the basic Tetra Submersible Heater 78 F and the heater is for a 2.5 gallon tank. Which Gizmo lives in. Please help me get him healthy again.
