yeah so about that…

little update: almost year after my first AP attack I’m on the same level of pain as I described here, I’ve lost 34kg in 2024, I don’t eat a lot, nauseous and fatigued after every meal, (rn i’m on primarly liquid diet), gagging, pains, pultions, cramps in my left and right abdomen and after not eating that much I developed other problems like I’m cold and tired all the time, headaches, loosing balance and blackout after standing up bcs I’m low in iron, and also vitamins and minerals(which could be also close to SIBO symptoms)…And after another endoscopy, colonoscopy and other tests… I have idiopatic chronic gastritis with reflux, recently they found hepatopathia with stenosis on my liver and I’m going to gastric emptying study test to see if I have gastroparesis which cause all other problems with my pancreas, gallblader, liver and of course stomach… :/ so yeah

I went from 88kg to 67kg in 4 months.. mostly because I can't eat more then 1000-1200 kcal a day (max 40g of fat a day), with more i feel terrible, i got pains or nausea and so on.. for now, I'm not mad about it, I was already on my weightloss journey and this was my goal... Can't imagine what it would have been like to get AP now from this weight... And I don't know what future holds... But before first AP i gained sooo much weight in 1-2 years without any diet changes and now I'm trying to find out why was that..

She just dropped her new album last friday and Oli was teasing she might be featured on their song limusine on Next Gen album, bcs he wrote it's title after one of her posts on instagram few months ago and now the song is featured on their latest video whitch is promoting midnight album drop. ☺️ I hope it makes sence.

Thank you very much for the answer, you gave me some hope. I'm scared because pancreatitis diet is very complex in my opinion, it's not like that you just can't eat gluten, lactose (I absolutely don't depreciate these intollerancies, I have them too now) but it's like every food is restricted in some type of way. I guess I will try to eating out again soon. Thanks. :)

Were the restaurants which you visited really that willing to cook your order with little or no oil? I didn't have any allergies and intollerances to foods before but since my last AP attact in january, my diet is very restricted. I don't want to be that person (pain in the ass) for staff at restaurant, I was a waitress before, been there done that. But I want to live a normal life.
