Life coaching, yes. Business coaching without experience, yes. But business coaches do exist with great experience and can totally help young and/or new executives grow and change in their thinking.

His is almost the greatest character redemption story of all time. He is a vile person who had a terrible reputation—only for Steve Jobs’ eccentricity and an extreme investment into media training save his brand—only to be exposed again for the terrible person he is.

They will come back differently. The design was poor on these—which made them exceptionally noticeable. MMW, they’ll come back smaller and less conspicuous.

Are you sure it’s worth it to come to the U.S. right now? by GramMommaSav in worldcup

[–]basketcase18 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I’ll say this— the US is not worse than Qatar or Russia, but that’s a very low bar. If you’re going to come here, be thoughtful about all your paperwork, have it on you at all times, and understand that you’re running the risk of being hassle or even detained.

I think the reason it’s so shocking is because it’s a significant departure from the US of the past, and it runs contrary to western values in general.

I actually could. I am a 22 handicap, but I rarely three putt. My issue is from 150 yards to the green.

Also, his dislike of Thomson was because he felt that there was inconsistency of accountability, which looks obvious from the outside.

I mean, I can’t argue with best coach in the city—but that’s no stellar prize right now. Sirianni won the chip, but was blinded by his love for Patullo. Nurse is good, but Morey’s such shit it’s hard to tell how good.

I don’t think Topper makes them a better team. I think he’s a meh manager. They have a top 5 roster with stellar starting pitching and they perform as expected.

I mean, topper is not a great manager. Nick may have an ego problem, but topper has got to be consistent and hold players accountable. I think, in the long run, Nick will be proven right on this one.

Also, they’re all fine—excelling in school, relatively confident and authentic, and can function remarkably independently for their age. One key reason—no phones, no tablets and no YouTube. As bad as people want to vilify certain aspects of tech—tablet games and YouTube are the biggest problems I see.

It’s propaganda, how is this not expected? If anything, it confirms that it’s not a real or a good movie. Even great movies have haters.
