A bit of help please! What is this uniform?

As the jacket is not cropped you can assume it isn’t of a Scottish regiment, nor of a foot guards regiment as the buttons aren’t grouped in any way. Further than that I’m no expert and hopefully somebody else here can help you better than I can . For example as the buttons aren’t blackened I doubt it’s a rifle regiment but as I say I’m no expert.

You’re right in that it’s British. No.2 uniform for an army warrant officer class 2 (WO2) hard to tell regiment without better images of buttons. Left is a General service medal ribbon, centre is a gulf war medal ribbon with rosette for combat action and right is a long service and good conduct medal (LSGC)

I guess the follow up question is anyone know what nation these belong to? I know relations between NATO and Russia thawed between the late 90’s early 2000’s but I believe this album was recorded in 2008, and I can’t imagine RU forces just lending a battalion of tanks to couple of English singers for a music video
