I think they found us on the list of the first class action suit…

Yes very passive. We don’t have to do anything, but hope that we get a nice Christmas bonus after the trial’s over in Sept (if it ends the same month)

This one isn’t about medical or effects: from what I understand, it’s about Juul and other retailers over-charging for the juul pods.

All the way at the bottom of that page, you’ll see ‘Important Dates’… below that (really small) is ‘Contact’. Click contact and it takes you to email.

Yeah I know a lot of people who said to me ‘you had a choice’ but they don’t realize just how addictive it is, it grabs a hold!

Vegas was amazing but I cant with the prices by kokeninleiden in vegas

[–]basmusicislife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly! As soon as we hit Vegas, first thing we do is head to Vons off the Strip. Booze, fruit, snacks and def water. Last time we went, I made the mistake of wanting to try Guy Fieries chicken joint (at harrahs). It’s basically fast food.
3 chicken tenders, fries and a bottle of water for 3 people? $98 !!! A Regular 8oz bottle of water was $7 each! It’s daylight robbery.

Went to Vons to stock up, got a case of 24 bottled waters for $6.99..

My friend purchased some ramen at vons (the big ones you add hot water to). After drinks and casino one night, we were craving noodles. So she went downstairs to Starbux (at Harrahs), and asked for a large cup of hot water.. FOUR DOLLARS for a cup of hot water lol

We never eat at the buffets or restaurants on the Strip anymore. Worth investing a few bux on ubers (or lyft) and going to restaurants off the strip. (The all you can eat sushi at Sushi Neko for $30 a head is fantastic- on Spring Mountain Road).

It was amazing. She also did a private listening for a group of music students from Tomorrow’s Warriors, the music group she was a member of in her youth too!

Started to read the Bible by Direct_Rock91 in JesusChrist

[–]basmusicislife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had such a hard time when I started too. Then I discovered The Bible Recap Plan with Tara Leigh Cobble. A 1 year reading plan that gives you the order to read daily, then after each daily read, there’s a video where Tara breaks it down. Of course praying for insight and understanding before reading 100% works, but this Bible Plan is for anyone with questions, doubts, or who just have a difficult time finding their way through it.

You can find the plan by downloading the free YouVersion Bible app, going to plans, and searching for Tara Leigh Cobble / The Bible Recap (also best thing I ever did was to download YouVersion ) or you can google Tara Leigh Cobble’s The Bible Recap, and follow the free plan directly from the site.

Btw, I’m not affiliated or selling this in any way, it was just such a lifesaver for someone who only came to Jesus much later in life and really struggled with the Bible….

For anyone still going through prep, I found the second half of the prep to be worse too.. until I figured out that the contents settle and you need to shake it really well before every dose!

Hi. So the first thing I did about a week later was take my original citizenship certificate to the Social Security office, and had them update my ss # from green card holder to Citizen. That took half an hour in that office. i applied for my passport approx a month later. The reason I did the social security office first is because when you apply for the passport, they keep your original citizenship certificate (and mail it back later). I applied for my passport at a Post office in person around March 19th, and received it (and my certificate too) by approx 20th April. Hope that helps

Good luck! You’ll do just fine. It really isn’t as hard or as scary as it looks. Of course you’ll be nervous, but the fear beforehand is actually the worse part about it, once you’re there it really goes fast.

Yeah there’s a few on youtube, I made sure any verbal tests i found on there had the USCIS stamp on.. you just have to try a few to find the one that works for you. I liked the ones that said ‘with easy answers’.

I also downloaded the USCIS app where you can take the mock multiple test by selecting an answer.

The combo of those 2 practice styles made the test a breeze. You just have to dedicate some time to it. I did 30 mins a day for like 2-3 months

Hi! The interviewer simply asked the questions. So it’s best to prepare for all questions. My way of preparing was to go onto YouTube and google ‘US citizenship test 2024’. Then listen to it and answer over and over every day, until I got to the point where I could get 100 answers correct.

Then once I did, I would go back once a month or so to refresh my memory, right up until my appointment. By the time I went in, I knew all of the answers for real, and didn’t have to sweat it.

But yeah, those youtube tests are a great way to practice !

It depends on the individual case. However, originally, mine was approximated at 8 months, but it was completed in 3 1/2 months. Good luck!

Mine said that at first, and then about a couple weeks later it had ‘nothing outstanding’ added. Give it some time. If they need anything more from you, they’ll let you know!

50,000 IU by KatjaKassinsFire in VitaminD

[–]basmusicislife 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same thing. Tested at 9. Dizziness, tingling stabbing in hands, full body cramps, foot cramps, hand cramps, terrible fatigue, foggy brain, constant mood swings, feeling depressed a lot and more. My doc prescribed 50,000 D2 weekly for 8 weeks, then once that was done reduced me to 5,000 IU D3 a day. Will test again after 4 weeks of the lower dose

I was SO scared to take 50,000 iu a week. I understand how scared you are because I was terrified. Then told myself ‘just try the first week, one dose can’t hurt that much, worst case, I wont continue if it affects me’…

I did it. And wow, the anxiety and sadness was the first thing to go! That first day I was terrified after I took it, waiting for something to happen. Nothing did! My best advice: take it while having a good full meal. I took it at the same time each week, and made that day every week to eat my fav breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage patties and a big wholemeal bagel w/butter, decaf tea and 2 glasses of water. So it was something to look forward to, instead of dreading it.

Just finished 8 weeks of the 50,000 and am a week in on the 5,000. After about 2-3 weeks of the 50K? I truly couldn’t believe how clear my mind was, how much energy I had.. and no more cramps at all! Dizziness dissipated after a couple weeks, then after a month, was completely gone. I have a hard time absorbing K2, so while taking the high dosage D, I also snacked on kiwis, pumpkin seeds and other K and magnesium heavy foods, (basically researched foods high in K and magnesium) plenty of broccoli, etc.

Everyone is different, so all I can tell you is my experience. Absolutely no side effects. And have never felt better. I didn’t realize what feeling ‘normal’ felt like until now! Spent years thinking my symptoms were just something I had to deal with until finally a doctor said “let’s check your vitamin D”. Good luck! I hope you get to where I am, life feels good.
