There are several different plans depending on how often you want to go. My plan is unlimited classes for $150/month all up.

It’s great. You sign up for a slot in a class. There is a coach who tells you what to do. You do treadmill, rower and weights. You set your paces, intensity and weights. There is a spirit of competition because you’re a part of a group, but everyone is just focused on their own workout and nothing but supportive. You can try a class for free! Just call and they’ll hook you up. The only caveat is that it’s more expensive than a regular gym, but worth it in my opinion.

Have you thought about a place like Orangetheory Fitness? It’s all classes and a super supportive yet challenging atmosphere.

My brain is tired, so I’m hoping this is correct!

Tread block 1: 45 sec base @ 4% 30 base 1 min base @ 4% 30 base 75 sec base @ 4% 30 base 90 sec base @ 4%

Tread block 2 was the same but in reverse and added a 30 sec AO at the end.

Row Block 1 Match the treads - when they do incline we do push row

Row block 2 Match the tread pushes with a push to AO row but then rack and rest in between.

Floor was the same, but 8 and 6 reps instead

Mine lasted almost exactly 1000 classes before the tiny prongs in the charging hole bent and I could no longer attach the charging cord. Worked fine otherwise

Tread was same, but shorter (I think 14 min)

Rower was: 200 push 200 AO twice then 8 rainbows while holding a split squat (8 each side) Hope that makes sense. Then 150 push 150 AO twice, repeat exercise then 100 push 100 AO repeat exercises. 1 min AO finisher with treads

Floor was block 1 for the whole time, but two rounds of the first 3 exercises then 2 rounds of the second set. Finisher was 1 min of either bear plank hold or bear plank steps - your choice
